What is the best way to get a home loan with bad Credit? Are there any Credit Repair companies of good reputation?

I am a mortgage specialist in the State of New Jersey, I started my career working with people of credit difficulties. I also advise against a consulting firm credit, lenders not only disapproves of such things, but more often than not, you may actually end up doing more damage to your credit.
