What Credit Card can I ask you not credit check?

I try to build a credit rating and need POSITVE one card that reports to the credit bureau, but I will do so without a credit check. HELP?

You may not obtain a credit card be reported to the credit bureau that does a credit check first. If you do not have enough credit to get a good regular credit card, may end up with what is called a secured credit card. This means that you put a security deposit down and, in return for a credit card to use. And while all payments made on time and do not exceed your credit limit, it will return your security deposit usually after a year.
