Would you use a free market in the library?

A library of free market would be: to save some money in the library Reading club / and obtain Credit. You can then view all the books that you have had credit. The credits are generally the book value on the market. If you loved the book that you could lose and keep the credits to the value of the book. If you return you'll get your entire Credit Card back. I think would be better than the socialist city libraries that you do not pay the money. Usually, at least in my own library, books are in bad repair and takes time for a new book to reach the shelves. There are several branches and we have to wait until books come in other branches if lost or stolen. The free market system established books and books stolen from repair ill. But what is your opinion?

How does this system to carry books to fight? And if I checked a book and decided I wanted to go, why should I pay the cover price of a used book? Why books are available through this system a traditional free public library? The library is still a limited amount of space for books, I'd still be waiting for a check-book to be returned before I can read, etc. Not for me, thanks.
